All our products are registered according to European standards and developed in Japan. All online orders are fulfilled and shipped from Paris.

Standard shipping is free for orders of €135 or more to metropolitan France and the European Union. For other destinations, shipping is charged according to the destination and parcel weight. The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.

If our products are damaged or if you have received a product that does not correspond to your order, we will refund the full amount of the returned products.

If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, please contact our support online @ en-spa.fr (remove the spaces) and our staff will investigate the order status.

We ship with Colissimo. Shipping rates include an allowance for packaging and handling.

In order to simplify the shipping, we have our own calculation system to provide a clearer shipping price for your delivery. All our products are EU registered products that are developed in Japan.

EN Products are not sold in stores outside of France, and are only available from our salon located in Paris, France and our partner distributor "Bijo;".
