Return Policy
At EN, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive damaged products or items that do not match your order, we will correct the issue or provide a full refund for the returned products.
Returns for Online Purchases:
- Eligibility: Customers in the EU can return products purchased online within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Conditions: Products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return Process:

- You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your product back.
- Please include your proof of purchase and a description of the issue with the product.
Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
